Key Activities / Accountabilities
Identifying Potential Channel Partners
Completely identifying potential channel partners (Property Agents) based on agreed profiles and ensures recruitment in accordance with the business plan.
Training & Development
Train and motivate brokers to provide a better understanding of market/products. Monitor and review brokers performance and helping them in acheiving maimum business.
Monitoring & Reviewing
Daily monitoring and reviewing the performance of team members on the basis of DSR.
Target Achievement
Meeting the customers on regular basis for achieving standards/targets. Setting up of targets for Brokers (Agents/Advisors) and reviewing their performance & consistently raising them.
Essential Educational & Experience
*UG – Any Graduate – Any Specialization
PG- Any Postgraduate – Any Specialization
Doctorate not required
*Minimum 3+ Years of Experience in Sales (Real Estate – Commercial Property Experience ONLY)
Preferred Knowledge and competencies
- English Language fluency, Verbal & Written Communication Skills - Basic computer skills, negotiation skills - Very good knowledge of commercial, regional markets etc - Leadership and Interpersonal Skills. - Excellent communication, presentation and facilitation skills
Preferred Candidates
Preference will be given to the candidates who are from the same city (Delhi/NCR) since long time and having good links & contacts with the people so that they can build up their own team in a short span of time.
